Yellow Angel Food Cake

INGREDIENTS:
-A quarter cup soy flour
-Two third cup artificial sweetener
-Foor egg yolks
-6 egg whites
-1 teaspoon cream of tartar
-A quarter teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-3 tablespoons water

HOW TO PREPARE:
1.-Preheat oven to 300f.
2.-Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray very well.
3.-Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
4.-In another bowl mix the other ingredients with just enough water to form a batter.
5.-Fold batter in the egg whites then pour into pan.
6.-Bake on 275 for 1 & half hours.
7.-Do not let it get too brown.
