Cream Cheese Stuffed Cornish Hens

INGREDIENTS:
-2 Cornish Game Hens
-Salt
-Pepper
-Nutmeg to taste
-4 Ounces Cream Cheese
-2 Heads Garlic
-2 Tablespoons Butter

HOW TO PREPARE:
1.-Rinse hens, pat dry; reserve giblets for another use.
2.-Sprinkle hens with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
3.-Mix garlic with cream cheese and butter.
4.-Place half of mixture inside each hen, and some under skin as well.
5.-Place hens, breast side up oven dish, and cover with aluminum foil.
6.-Set oven to 450 degrees.
7.-Bake until hens are tender and light brown, about one and a quarter hours.
8.-Remove cover; bake about 10 more minutes, until brown.
9.-Serve with cooking juices over hens.
